Hi, I'm Francesca.
I'm a self-taught artist based in Oxfordshire, working mainly in watercolour florals layered with mixed-media pastels and fine felt pens.
I'm endlessly drawn to vibrant colour and the way pigments merge and bleed into one another. I love playing with shape and pattern — my inspiration comes from nature, especially English garden flowers, with peonies and dahlias as firm favourites.
When I paint, the world goes quiet. It's a joy I've carried for years, and I'm finally allowing myself to share it properly..
Alongside painting, I've spent over a decade as a photographer, and still enjoy the occasional wedding now and then. I also run a photobooth company here in Oxfordshire, and when I'm not creating I'm usually exploring the Cotswolds pubs with friends and my sausage dog Bella.
